Usage: /?p=https://example.com
Example: https://llms.cephei.ai/?p=https://example.com

For URLs containing & or # in the p parameter, URL-encode them
(e.g. ?p=https%3A%2F%2Fexample.com%2F%3Fa%3D1%26b%3D2).
The response is an English llms.txt with ASCII characters only
(valid UTF-8), including English installation instructions
in a trailing Markdown comment, regardless of the website language.
Crawling and AI generation may take several minutes.
An English wait comment is sent immediately after the request is accepted.
Later errors are reported as LLMS_GENERATOR_ERROR in the text.

GET /health checks whether the application is running.
